Shipping Methods

You can choose which type of shipping methods is best for you.  We offer U. S. Parcel Post , Priority Mail and UPS.  We will ship your order ASAP but please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your shipment. 

Green Shipping

Ashay by the Bay believes in GREEN TECHNOLOGY AND IDEAS, therefor we will continue recycling corrugated boxes and packaging when possible.  Doing so will not only help the environment but it will also help keep our shipping costs down.  So look for your shipments in only the best reuseable boxes and packaging from our suppliers and give a tree a hug!  

Exchange Policy         

Ashay by the Bay offers a 15 day exchange policy from the date of receipt on incorrect items shipped. Please note that we can make exchanges only for the exact item you ordered; we cannot exchange one product for another. If you are returning an incorrect item for an exchange, we will ship the replacement to you, at our expense. If the item that you wish replaced is not in stock, we will issue you a refund for the cost of the item and associated shipping and handling costs.
